There's enormous health benefits gain from daily consumption of
foods containing Omega-3 fatty acids, fish having the largest level.
Studies has shown that Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce high blood
pressure, heart attack or stroke, cardiovascular diseases, psychiatric
disorders, several cancers, type 2 diabetes and alzheimer's disease
as well, improve asthma, attention disorders, brain development,
cognitive function, gastrointestinal disorders, macular degeneration,
and rheumatoid arthritis.

Three major components found in omega-3 fatty acids are;
alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and
docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
ALA found in plants, soya, canola, flax
seeds and walnuts.
EPA found in fatty fish and DHA found in fish,
eggs and poultry.

It is highly recommended an intake of one to two servings of fatty
fish per week to obtain a good health body.
